Board Agenda Items:
Please submit your agenda items for the next meeting in one of the below listed formats.

Anyone requesting an item on the agenda has two methods to communicate, the first is a letter to the Board at PO Box 91003, Louisville, KY 40291 at least 7 days prior to a meeting. The second is an agenda request by using the link: Agenda Requests Email received will be acknowledged within 14 days, probably much sooner. If you have not received a response from either the Secretary or the Vice President within that time, please resubmit your request here. We will post upcoming agendas on this Board Page to let owners know about agenda items and issues.

Board meetings are open to all, dates will be determined by board member schedules and the availability of the union hall. Meetings will usually occur on Thursday evenings at 7pm, however this is subject to change. Meeting dates will be determined by board members and voted on at a board meeting. All dates will be posted in advance on the main web page. Currently, we have been offered, at no charge, use of the Teamster's Local 783 Hall at 7711 Beulah Church Road. Signs will be posted at the three entrances will further advise of upcoming meeting dates.
