Board meetings are open to all. They are planned for the first Thursday of every other month at 7 PM. Currently, we have been offered, at no charge, use of the Teamster's Local 783 Hall at 7711 Beulah Church Road. Posted signs at two entrances will further advise the upcoming meeting.

Anyone requesting an item on the agenda has two methods to communicate, the first is a letter to the Board at PO Box 91003, Louisville, KY 40291 at least 7 days prior to a meeting. The second is an agenda request by using the link: Agenda Requests Email received will be acknowledged within 14 days, probably much sooner. If you have not received a response from either the Secretary or the Vice President within that time, please resubmit your request here. We will post upcoming agendas on this Board Page to let owners know about agenda items and issues.
