I am a retired organizational development consultant who taught companies how to improve customer satisfaction and company financial performance through effective procedures, training, and self auditing. My hobbies are golf, helping folks to set up their websites, and helping folks improve their resumes to get interviews quicker. I am the webmaster for the Michigan State University Alumni Club.
